Terms and Conditions for use of the Visas 4 Australia website Terms and Conditions for Working Holiday applicationsNB: Department of Immigration and Citizenship may be referred to as DIAC in the below Terms and Conditions. Visas 4 Australia offers processing for the Australia Working Holiday Visa (subclass 417). Visas 4 Australia cannot guarantee that you will meet the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) requirements for a successful Visa application. The questions asked in the application are an indication of your eligibility which is presented to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship and the approval for the Visa is at the discretion of the Department of Immigration and Citizenship. Visas 4 Australia provides processing for Australia Working Holiday Visa, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. You are confirming that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Supply of Service & Processing Times Visas 4 Australia provides application forms for clients to apply for the Australia Working Holiday Visa (subclass 417). Once you have completed the application form, a Visas 4 Australia representative will lodge your Visa request with DIAC. Under ordinary circumstances the standard processing time to lodge the clients application with DIAC is 3 business days or less (Business days are 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays). All Australia Working Holiday Visa applications processed by Visas 4 Australia are subject to authorisation by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship. Once DIAC notify Visas 4 Australia on the outcome of the Visa application we will notify the client within 2 business days via email from the contact details the client has provided. (Business days are 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays). If you have entered any of this information wrongly (in part or full) Visas 4 Australia cannot accept liability. Sometimes additional information is required from DIAC and we will notify you via email from the contact details the client has provided. All contact details including email address and contact number must be correct and working. In some circumstances we will contact you for further information, prior to submitting your application to DIAC. Any incorrectness many result in a delay in submitting your application in which we cannot be held responsible. It is clearly stated on the preliminary eligibility questions for the Australia Working Holiday Visa that if you have dependent children you cannot apply online for this Visa type with Visas 4 Australia. Instead you must apply by paper application directly with DIAC. The preliminary eligibility questions also state that if you have previous criminal convictions/ involvement in criminal activities or do not meet the 'Character Requirements' stated in the application, you cannot apply for the Australia Working Holiday Visa with Visas 4 Australia. If you have entered any of this information wrongly (in part or full) Visas 4 Australia cannot accept liability. If the client has any matters that may complicate the processing of the application, a Visas 4 Australia representative may delay the processing of the application until we have been provided with any relevant documentation. We will contact you by email from the contact details you have provided us if there are any delays, while we wait for said documentation from the client. The Visas 4 Australia representative reserves the right to close the clients file if 6 months has lapsed and requested documentation has not been received. No refund can be authorised in this situation. Visas 4 Australia provides support for clients applying for the Australia Working Holiday Visa (subclass 417) by email and telephone with a Visas 4 Australia representative/s. Visas 4 Australia may offer you further information, products and services with regards to your Australia Working Holiday Visa. Said information is not part of the service in respect to this agreement. Referrals and Refusals Visas 4 Australia only offers processing for the Australia Working Holiday Visa and in the occurrence that your Visa application is referred or refused, we cannot offer advice on what to do/how to progress (other than forwarding any correspondence received from DIAC if applicable). If your Visa application is referred or you no longer wish to continue with the application or your application is refused, the cost of the Visa is non refundable. The fee paid for the Australia Working Holiday Visa is a flat fee including the DIAC fee. Additional services or appeals are not included in the fee paid. Partial refunds will only be issued at the discretion of the management and in exceptional situations, however a minimum service fee of £207 will be withheld. Processing Fees Visas 4 Australia offers processing for the Australia Working Holiday Visa (subclass 417) only. The fee for processing the Australia Working Holiday Visa (subclass 417) is £239 and is non-refundable. The fee is a flat fee (or equivalent amount in another currency) and includes the DIAC fee of AU$270. All applicants are required to meet health criteria. Depending on your circumstances, you may need to undertake a medical examination which may include a chest x-ray, HIV, Hepatitis B and/or Hepatitis C test. All required health examinations must be completed before a decision by DIAC can be made on your visa application Visas 4 Australia will not be responsible for any extra fees. Visas 4 Australia will not be responsible for any extra fees, including but not limited to: medicals, chest X-rays, court documents, couriers, certified copies, police checks, passport renewals and charges relating to the changing of Travel Plans. Please be aware that whilst Visas 4 Australia will endeavour to process your Visa application in the quickest possible timescale, we cannot guarantee the length of time it will take to process your Visa. Visas 4 Australia strongly recommends you do not make irreversible travel arrangements until your Visa has been granted and you have received confirmation. If upon processing the client's application, Visas 4 Australia establishes that you have an existing Australia Working Holiday Visa, the fee you have paid is non-refundable to recover the use of our system resources. In this situation Visas 4 Australia will issue you with confirmation of your current Visa status. Limitations of Service Any information/advice given by a Visas 4 Australia representative is based on DIAC legislation relating to the Australia Working Holiday Visa (subclass 417). While every attempt is made to offer the most precise information, including but not limited to; immigration legislation, guidelines, charges and timescales are subject to alteration on a regular basis. Visas 4 Australia takes no accountability for any mistakes or oversights on this website, in any correspondence or communication (written or oral). DIAC solely have the power to grant or refuse Visa applications and Visas 4 Australia cannot make any guarantees in relation to your Visa application. The correctness on the application on behalf of our client is based on the applicant's accuracy and capacity to validate that information, if requested by DIAC.
