- Ownership Interest: Requires proof for 1 of the past 5 years before applying, of ownership interest of 10%of the total value of the business / direct involvement in managing funds (amounts vary with visa category).
- Assets: You must have AU$1,125,000 (net value) combined total assets for you and your spouse 2 years before the application was made and at the time of the decision you have made a designated investment of AU$750,000. In addition to this you must have sufficient assets to settle in Australia.
